download your travel documents

Once you have finalised payment (excluding the Local Payment which is due on Day 1 of your trip), you will have access to a number of important travel documents.

Download and print these documents and keep them in a safe place. You will be able to return to this site to download them if they go missing, but we like to avoid wasting paper wherever possible.

Some of these documents are available for preview before you complete the booking process. These are indicated below.

The documents you'll see are:

1. Receipt

This is your proof of payment and confirmation of your booking. If you have paid a balance, it will also provide you with details of when your balance is due.

2. Travel Voucher

This is your ticket to join your Intrepid trip. Print the voucher and make sure you bring it with you. Your leader will want to see it on Day 1 of your trip.

You can find your Travel Voucher by logging in to your booking, and clicking on 'Step 5' at:
http://www.intrepidtravel.com/yourtrip/yourbooking/
You will need your booking number and email address to log in. If you are having difficulties, contact us.

3. Trip Notes

The Trip Notes provide you with a detailed outline of your trip itinerary, and important information like where to meet your group, what to pack, what's included, estimates of spending money requirements and much more.

They make great reading.

You can also find the Trip Notes available as a PDF to download on each trip page. To get to a trip page, use the Trip Search function at the top right hand corner of this web site (inside the banner image). Then click on the "Trip Notes" link under the Trip Name.

4. Country Information

These documents have been prepared by Intrepid staff to give you a brief introduction to the places you are visiting. We think it's important to understand the culture you are visiting, and the expectations of their society.

The Country Info documents also give you some important clues as to what to pack, what to bring with you, and how to get the most out of your visit.

5. Booking Conditions

Please make sure you read and understand the booking conditions. You should read these before you start making a booking, but it's good to keep a copy as well.

6. Self Assessment Form

Please note that we require travellers over 70 years of age to complete a Self Assessment Form prior to travelling.
