Katrina Kollegaeva is a food anthropologist and writer (Guardian, Financial Times, Easyjet, Gastronomica). Along with developing her own projects, she works with food businesses helping them to articulate the uniqueness of their story. She loves lardo, be it Italian, Ukrainian or Welsh, and always says that food 'never feeds the belly alone'.
