After trying several industries out for size, Tom finally realised that to be happiest in his work he’d have to work in the travel industry. Over 12 years later, and after nearly a decade working for Intrepid, he’s never looked back. Tom currently lives in Costa Rica, where he splits his time between being General Manager of our Central America & Mexico business and surfing the natural wave machine that is Costa Rica’s Pacific coast.
