National Travel Agent Day 2023

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. The 15% discount applies to new bookings made between 21 July – 4 August 2023, for trips departing 21 July 2023 – 15 December 2023.  

2. 15% discount can be applied towards the following Intrepid Travel trips, exclusions apply: Intrepid Basix and Original trips.  

3. The 15% discount, excludes: 

• Trips operated by third parties (e.g. sell-ins); 

• Short-Break Adventures;  

• Tailor-Made Experiences;  

• Urban Adventures trips;  

• All Polar Cruises and Tours;  

• Expedition trips: EESF, GGSF, GGXG, HHSL, HJXB, HPSF, HQSP, TESL, TMXS, WBSE, XMRW, YCSO, TISW, HQSW, HNSW, TEST, TESD, HHSI, YGSUS.

4. All offers apply to the trip price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.   

5. Credit Holders can use any valid discounts or promotions, except where we are honouring their original price. For more information about how to redeem your credit visit our Credit Redemption page.   

6. All offers apply to land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.   

7. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.   

8. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.   

9. This sale is valid for residents of Europe, Middle East and South Africa only.  

10. Offer can be withdrawn and amended at anytime at Intrepid’s discretion.  

11. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.

Incentive Period

UK & Ireland based agents

The ‘Zero to Hero incentive’ opens 12.01am 01 July 2023.

Incentive ends 11.59pm 31 December 2023.

Trips booked before 01 July 2023 will not be valid.

Intrepid Travel reserves the right to remove this incentive at any time.

Entry Instructions

To qualify, individuals must complete the following entry instructions:

Part 1 • Agents must complete the Intrepid Training Course on OTT (www.onlinetraveltraining.com)• Email intrepidlovesagents@intrepidtravel.com with course completion certificate.

Part 2 • Book any Intrepid Travel trip with a gross value of £1,000 or more during the incentive period.

− Sell three trips to enter prize category one

− Sell five trips to enter prize category two

• Email intrepidlovesagents@intrepidtravel.com to advise Intrepid that the relevant number of bookings have been made. Booking references must be provided

• Valid trips are considered new bookings made and deposited by agents during the incentive period. A minimum deposit of £99 must be made to be eligible. Credit re-bookings are permitted.

Prize

The prize winner(s) will receive a prize as per the following categories.

Prize Redemption

Agents who book three eligible trips can redeem prize category one. Agents who book an additional two eligible trips can redeem prize category two.

Prize Category One (1)

Urban Adventure Prize Agents who have booked three eligible Intrepid travel trips will receive an Urban Adventure voucher to the value of £100.  

Prize Category Two (2)

(Include link as on APAC doc)

Intrepid Trip Prize Agents who have booked five eligible Intrepid travel trips will receive one Intrepid trip from the Zero to Hero trip list provided by Intrepid travel. This list is subject to change.

Agents who book three eligible trips can redeem prize category one. Agents who book an additional two eligible trips can redeem prize category two.

Prize redemption is as follows:

a) Only one (1) Urban adventure can be redeemed per agent during the incentive.

b) Only one (1) Intrepid trip can be redeemed per agent during the incentive.

Entrants must complete all requirements of the incentive as advised by Intrepid Travel to be eligible for the incentive prize/s.

In accepting either prize, prize winners agree to participate in two (2) Intrepid Travel PR opportunities post trip (media or social content) and complete a post trip report provided by Intrepid Travel.

This is not a famil and each winner will be placed in a shared room unless winners opt to pay a single supplement.

It is the responsibility of the prize winner to notify Intrepid that they have met all entry requirements. Intrepid will review and confirm eligibility of all entrants.

Once Urban Adventure and Intrepid Trip prize is accepted, travel must be completed within 12 months. Bookings must be made more than 56 days prior to departure. A black out period between 15 December 2023/2024 and 15 January 2024/2025 applies.

No extension is available.

Promo code will be provided to the winner/s upon acceptance. The Prize winner promo code must be advised at the time of booking. Each prize is valid for one winner only and cannot be exchanged for another prize in the pool.

Agent must still be employed by the existing agency at the time of travel to redeem.

This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

This prize applies to the trip cost only and cannot be used towards single supplements, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, local payments/kittys or additional activities not covered by the itinerary.

This prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

Once booked, any changes or cancellations made to the prize winner booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner. Applicable fees will be advised upon.

Prize-winner passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary valid travel documents (e.g. passport, visa) and any relevant compliances with all health or other governmental regulations.

Any FBT implications are the responsibility of the winning agent/agency.

Itineraries and inclusions are subject to change.

Intrepid Travel is not responsible for prize winners who do not claim the prize.

Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Standard Booking Conditions and Agent Discount Booking Conditions apply. All trips must meet the minimum number requirements of 4 full paying passengers prior to confirmation. Limit of 2 incentive winners per trip.

Intrepid Travel's vaccination policy applies.

Entry Eligibility

The incentive entry is open to all UK & IRE Travel Agents who hold a contract with Intrepid and who have been employed in the Industry for less than 12 months, or who have not booked Intrepid for the 12 months prior to the incentive.
