Flight & Tour Promotion offer

1. The Tour and Flight Promotion offer on our website and social medial channels (Offer) does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to book subject to availability and your acceptance of:
1. The Tour and Flight Promotion Terms and Conditions;
2. Our booking conditions, including our agency booking conditions; and
3. The terms and conditions contained within the Airfare Quote document, including our elected flight operator conditions of carriage which you should carefully review prior to booking.

Availability and exclusions

1. The Flight + Tour applies to new bookings made and deposited between 16 June 2025 to 31 December 2026 for travel on selected destinations and dates. From Package prices are based on availability, and we reserve our right to vary or withdraw them at any time.
2. Flight + Tour is valid only for dates within the stated package duration, any amendments or extensions to either the Tour or the Flight component will void the package price.

Pricing

1. The price of the Flight + Tour includes per person;
1. Return economy-class flights with an airline of our election to the relevant tour’s start/finish city(s), ex Sydney or Melbourne. Surcharges may apply for other airlines and flights departing other cities.
2. Relevant Intrepid small group tour, twin share.
3. All inclusions per tour itinerary.
4. Complimentary arrival airport transfers.

2. The price of the Flight + Tour does not include:

1. One night accommodation pre-tour accommodation in start city, which can be booked at an added cost to the package with an accommodation provider of our election

2. Additional transfers, flights or accommodation not stated in the deal offer.

3. Any additional fees or costs not specified, including but not limited to excess baggage, seat selection, flight upgrades.

4. Meals other than those specified in the Essential Trip Information.

5. Visa and passport fees.

6. Travel insurance.

7. Optional activities and all personal expenses.

Booking process and booking confirmation

1. To initiate the booking process, please contact one of our sales consultants by phone or email. Our sales consultant will provide you with a Quotation document.
2. If you respond to a sales consultant confirming acceptance of the Quotation document including acceptance of Airline terms and pay the non-refundable initial airfare and deposit fee your booking will be confirmed.
3. Flights will be booked with an airline of our election with luggage included. We cannot specify or guarantee a booking of an airline of your choosing. If you would like a specific airline, please request this at the time of purchase. Selected airlines may be subject to additional surcharges.

Payment terms

1. The total airfare and $400 of the trip cost per person is required as a non-refundable deposit to confirm your package booking (Initial Deposit). The remaining outstanding balance will be required 56 days before departure.
2. Full payment is required to confirm your package booking if departing with 56 days.

Other

1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
2. Package components must be booked together and cannot be sold separately.
3. There may be additional costs for land tours, additional on-board activities, additional flights, additional accommodation, transfers, flights, travel insurance to group bookings.
4. Intrepid does not assume any responsibility or control for airline schedule change(s). Any additional costs incurred as a result will be at the traveller's expense.
5. Package pricing is per person and subject to availability, and confirmation by both Intrepid Travel and the airline(s).
6. This offer is only applicable to residents of Australia only in AUD.
7. Credit Holders can use any valid discounts or promotions, except where we are honoring their original price. For more information about how to redeem your credit visit our Credit Redemption page.
8. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.
9. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions and Intrepid’s Agency Booking conditions apply.
