Intrepid 18 to 35s: Mia in Egypt

Why choose us

The ultimate adventures

You can’t travel to Jordan without visiting Petra but sharing a meal with local Bedouin in Wadi Rum is just as memorable. That’s why we’ve included the big-ticket items, as well as plenty of free time and off-the-grid experiences.

Local leaders, local connections

Traveling with an experienced leader means you can just enjoy the moment, rather than worrying about when the last train leaves. They’ll also share stories and take you to places that only the locals know about.

Small (but not too small) groups

Our groups are made up of 10 travelers on average. That’s big enough to create a good vibe, but small enough to explore a destination independently. And if you’re traveling solo, it’s the perfect number of new friends.

A sustainable way to travel

We believe that traveling sustainably is important. Through our not-for-profit The Intrepid Foundation, we are committed to supporting projects around the world – from reducing carbon in the environment to supporting the livelihoods of local communities.

Stay real in cool places

We think where you lay your head at night can be just as cool as what you see during the day. Whether that be sleeping on a sailing boat off the coast of Turkey or rocking to sleep on an overnight train from Berlin to Krakow.

Make your money go further

Want big-time experiences without the big-time price tag? Our 18 to 35s travel style means staying in simple, well-located accommodation, taking local transport and enjoying tasty local food, so you choose where your spending money goes.

I took more than 1 hour to write about how good the trip was and how nice, available, caring and responsible our guide was just to get disconnected after submitting my report because i took too long to write it. Please change your website in the future to make it able to save automatically the comment sections beacause i won't repeat myself again and that's a shame cause i only had good things to about this trip.

Book the trip. I learnt so much about ancient Egyptian history but also about current Egyptian politics and life. Mohsen was a fantastic tour guide, an absolute wealth of knowledge.

Unbelievable experience, loved every second of it. The group we had was amazing & our tour leader Mohsen was better than we could have ever imagined, so knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended, especially if you are lucky enough to be apart of Mohsen’s group

This is great tour that provides a good mix of included activities and free time. This is a great amount of time to see the places listed on the tour. Well worth it, and highly recommended.
