Tour and Flight Promotion offer
1. The Tour and Flight Promotion offer on our website and social medial channels (Offer) does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to book subject to availability and your acceptance of:
(a) The Tour and Flight Promotion Terms and Conditions;
(b) Our booking conditions, including our agency booking conditions; and
(c) The terms and conditions contained within the Airfare Quote document, including our elected flight operator conditions of carriage which you should carefully review prior to booking.
Availability and exclusions
2. The Kimberley Package applies to new bookings made and deposited between Monday 3 March - Monday 17 March 2025 for travel between 28 April - 23 September 2025 on select Wild Kimberley Overland or Broome to Bungle Bungles departures. Package prices are based on availablity, and we reserve our right to vary or withdraw them at any time.
3. The Wild Kimberley Overland Package is only valid, commencing on the following dates: 03 May 2025, 10 May 2025, 17 May 2025, 31 May 2025, 05 June 2025, 19 June 2025, 21 June 2025, 12 July 2025, 17 July 2025, 31 July 2025, 02 August 2025, 09 August 2025, 13 September 2025, 20 September 2025.
4. The Broome to Bungle Bungles Package is only valid, commencing on the following dates: 28 April 2025, 05 May 2025, 12 May 2025, 19 May 2025, 26 May 2025, 02 June 2025, 23 June 2025, 04 August 2025, 11 August 2025, 01 September 2025, 15 September 2025, 22 September 2025.
5. The Kimberley Package is valid only for dates within the stated package duration, and excludes the following dates Wild Kimberley Overland, commencing 22 May 2025, 07 June 2025, 14 June 2025, 27 June 2025, 03 July 2025, 05 July 2025, 19 July 2025, 26 July 2025, 14 August 2025, 16 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 30 August 2025 and excludes the following dates on the Broome to Bungle Bungles commencing 09 June 2025, 15 June 2025, 30 June 2025, 07 July 2025, 14 July 2025, 21 July 2025, 28 July 2025, 18 August 2025, 25 August 2025, 08 September 2025 or those which are already fully booked. Any amendments or extensions to either the Tour or the Flight component will void the package price.

Any additional fees or costs not specified, including but not limited to excess baggage, seat selection, flight upgrades.
Booking process and booking confirmation
8. To initiate the booking process, please contact one of our sales consultants via the phone, email or live chat. Our sales consultant will provide you with a Quotation document.
9. If you respond to a sales consultant confirming acceptance of the Quotation document, you will be provided with an Airfare Confirmation document. Once you complete the steps required within the Airfare Confirmation document and pay the non-refundable Initial Deposit fee your booking will be confirmed.
10. Flights will be booked with an airline of our election with luggage included. We cannot specify or guarantee a booking of an airline of your choosing. If you would like a specific airline, please request this at the time of purchase. Selected airlines may be subject to additional surcharges.
Payment terms
11. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your package booking (Initial Deposit)_. The remaining outstanding balance will be required 56 days before departure.
Other
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunctoin with any other offer or discount.
13. Package components must be booked together and cannot be sold seperately.
14. There may be additional costs for land tours, additional on-board activities, additional flights, additional accomodation, transfers, flights, travel insurance to group bookings.
15. Intrepid does not assume any responsibility or control of airline schedule change(s). Any additional costs incurred as a result will be at the traveller's expense.
16. Package pricing is per person and subject to availability, and confirmation by both Intrepid Travel and the airline(s).
17. This offer is only applicable to residents of Australia only in AUD.
