Having travelled with Intrepid a few times, I was confident the Portuguese Camino would be a great trip. Primarily, due to the calibre of the leader Oswaldo Navarro, this trip was exceptional. He is a gorgeous human being with kindness, fun and environmental awareness/ practice at his core. Add to this the amazing Camino experience and it’s the perfect trip. Book if for the trip of a lifetime, but make sure your walking shoes are broken in!

My Camino experience was made all the more rich by joining a group led by Oswaldo. Oswaldo is a fantastic guide with the most amazingly contagious energy. He ensured everyone in the group felt welcome, at ease and enjoyed their trip. Oswaldo's love for his country and care for the environment is admirable and I'd recommend everyone join him on a tour once in their life!

We have just completed The Portuguese Costal Route of the Camino to Santiago de Compostela.
Although our legs are tired and our feet need a rest we have had the best time.
Our guide Oswaldo gelled the group with his enthusiasm and positivity. We walked, talked, ate and laughed.Excellent!
