The promoters are: 

Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd  (35 007 172 456) of Level 7, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Intrepid). 

Mission Financial Partners, LLC. 1100 Sansome St., San Francisco, CA 94111 (GreenFi). 

Competition Period 

The Competition commences at 12:01am EST on 28 April 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 11 May 2025 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted. 

Entry Eligibility 

The competition entry is open to United States residents participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. 

Entry Instructions 

No purchase necessary. To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:

• Enter the following information:   

• First and Last Name  

• Email Address  

• Country of residence 

• Opt-in to Marketing communications from Intrepid Travel and GreenFi 

• Agree to these Contest Terms and Conditions  

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. 

Prize 

The prize winner will receive: 

• There is one (1) Prize available to be won, as follows: 

• A booking for the prize winner and a guest (2 people total) on Intrepid Travel’s South Morocco Discovery trip, dependent on availability (details outlined here: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/us/morocco/south-morocco-discovery-159521) (“Intrepid Tour”). The prize also includes accommodation for the night prior to the trip and the night immediately after the trip concludes if necessary. [ARV: approx. $3,000 USD]  

• Flight credit for 2 people and carbon offset covered by GreenFi [ARV: approx. $2,500 USD] (together, the Prize). 

• All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions. The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time. 

• The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash. 

• The Prize must be fully booked/redeemed by December 15, 2025, and travel must have commenced by April 30, 2026. 

• There will be 1 winner with a guest (2 people total) determined in respect of this Contest. 

Prize terms and conditions 

This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:   

The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize and quote the prize winner promo code advised at time of winning. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date.  

The winner must make the flight purchase from a GreenFi card to be eligible for the promotion. The $1,500 USD flight credit per person for return flights to and from the destination will be applied to the customer's GreenFi account within 60 days of purchase. 

The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.  

This prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, accommodation, meals, domestic transfers, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kitties not covered by the itinerary.  

By agreeing to participate in the campaign giveaway, winner agrees to post a reel or carousel post and 3 stories to their Instagram account documenting their experience on the trip. Content must tag @intrepidtravel and @Aspiration and be posted no later than 2 weeks after the trip end date. Travelers must upload any content relating to the Campaign to Pixlee and agree to Pixlee’s terms of service before their trip commences. 

Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed.  

The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.  

The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.  

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation. 

Prize Draw Date 

There will be 1 winner with a guest (2 people total) winner determined in respect of this promotion. 

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of entries in the draw. 

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the event. 

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 26 May 2025. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. If by 10 June 2025 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited. 

Collection and use of your personal information 

Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction 

The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in the State of New York, United States of America. 

General 

The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
