Entry Eligibility 

The competition is open to entrants based in North America, aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available (Eligible Entrant).

Prize 

The prize winner will receive:  

• A booking for the prize winner and a guest (2 people total) on an Intrepid Travel trip to one of the following destinations: Italy, Peru, Japan or India; dependent on availability, details outlined here:

The final decision on the destination and trip will be made by Intrepid Travel. Prize also includes accommodation for the night prior to the trip and the night immediately after the trip concludes if necessary.  

Not included in the Prize is travel to the starting point/from the finishing point of the trips, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary.

The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time. 

The Prizes are strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash.  

The Prize must be fully booked/redeemed by September 15, 2025, and travel must have commenced by December 15, 2025.  

The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.  

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.  From 1 May 2021, the Promoter introduced new vaccination and testing requirements that apply to all of our trips. This policy may be subject to change prior to your trip.  

The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with the Promoter and quote the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner via email.     

There will be 1 winner with 1 guest (2 people total) determined in respect of this promotion.  

Prize Draw Date 

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Canadian office - Intrepid Travel Group Canada Inc (BC0816795) at 215 Spadina Ave, Suite 370, Toronto, ON, M5T 2C7, Canada by 5:00 PM (EST) on September 20, 2024. (Prize Draw Date). 

The winner will be notified in writing by email submitted at the time of entry account used to enter the Competition.  

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize Winner. 

The winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize by September 27, 2024. If the winner isn’t available to take up the prize, we may award the prize to another entrant (or not award the prize at all) without liability to the winner.
