Ho Chi Minh City Tours & Holidays

Ho Chi Minh City’s got its main sites – the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, or Notre Dame Cathedral – but it’s down the backstreets of areas like Cho Lon that you’ll get a real feel for local life in southern Vietnam. Take a tour from Ho Chi Minh City and explore the stalls of Cholon and Binh Tay Markets, try a steaming bowl of pho and grab a coffee to watch the hectic HCMC life pass you buy. Then head out to see rural life in the Mekong Delta or experience a Vietnam overnight train to Hoi An and on to the charming capital of Hanoi.

Just completed our Intrepid tour of Vietnam with our leader Hoà. Could not recommend this tour highly enough. We felt safe throughout the whole trip and made some new great friends. Thank you Intrepid. Thank you Hoà.

Vietnam Express Southbound

Bryan · Traveled June 2024
There is so much more to this experience than the scenery. The Vietnamese are friendly and happy even given their oppression over the last 1200 years. Traffic chaos is an understatement but everyone gets to their destination in one piece. Wars are terrible although, amazingly, some can move on.
