Highlights
Choose your own adventure on your way to the mother of all Inca cities – magical Machu Picchu. Test yourself on the challenging Classic Inca Trail or the Quarry Trail, or take the train for a more leisurely experience.
Head to the famous Stari Most Bridge, built by the Ottomans in 1565. If you’re lucky, you’ll see the famous bridge divers hurl themselves into the icy waters below. On your return to Sarajevo, stop at Konjic where you’ll explore Josep Tito's nuclear bunker on a guided tour.
Take part in a homestay and grab the opportunity to get your hands dirty by helping out with some farm work. Dinner will be a home-cooked farm-to-table feast and your host will be able to teach you a trick or two about Japanese home cooking.
Join a local naquasha – a henna artist – in Morocco's M'goun Valley as she explains the origins of these temporary tattoos. Get your own design if you'd like, traditionally placed on the backs of women's hands or men's palms.
