South America 18 to 35s tours

Few destinations inspire passion like South America does – from the fiery Argentine tango to the misty Inca Trail.

Whether you want to spot Giant Tortoises in the Galapagos Islands, head to the cityside beaches of Rio or party in the salsa clubs of Colombia there’s a South American adventure waiting for you.

Why choose us

The ultimate adventures

You can’t travel to Peru without seeing Machu Picchu but sharing a laugh with the island-dwellers of Lake Titicaca can be just as memorable. That’s why we’ve included the big-ticket items, as well as plenty of off-the-grid experiences and free time.

Local leaders, local connections

Travelling with an experienced leader means you can just enjoy the moment, rather than worrying about when the last train leaves. They’ll also share stories and take you to places that only the locals know about.

Small (but not too small) groups

Our groups are made up of 10 travellers on average. That’s big enough to create a good vibe, but small enough to explore a destination independently. And if you’re travelling solo, it’s the perfect number of new friends.

A sustainable way to travel

We believe that travelling sustainably is important. Through our not-for-profit The Intrepid Foundation, we are committed to supporting projects around the world – from reducing carbon in the environment to supporting the livelihoods of local communities.

Stay real in cool places

We think where you lay your head at night can be just as cool as what you see during the day. Whether that be rocking to sleep on an overnight bus in Bolivia or a lodge in the Amazon Jungle.

Make your money go further

Want big-time experiences without the big-time price tag? Our 18 to 35s travel style means staying in simple, well-located accommodation, taking local transport and enjoying tasty local food, so you choose where your spending money goes.

Colombia is a country of wonderful people and a painful past, this trip showed the direction it is going and what a beautiful direction that is. With a wonderful guide like Andrea leading the tour, I am jealous of whoever gets to experience this trip for the first time!

Great trip seeing really interesting and beautiful parts of Colombia. Some days felt a little bit rushed as there were a lot of early starts, but they were all worth it because we got to do and see so much. All around great trip

This was the best trip I’ve ever done in my life! Andrea was phenomenal we could not have asked for a better tour guide. She was kind and patient and ultra-organized. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to do Colombia! She’s so much fun and kept us all super safe and comfortable. The trip itinerary was perfect, not too rushed but busy enough that we were never bored. Colombia is such an underrated country in my opinion, the people, the landscapes and the cities are beautiful - and Andrea highlighted all of that perfectly!!

I had an amazing time on the tour in Colombia, and Andrea was a big reason why. The tour itself was well-organized, covering all the key spots with just the right mix of history, culture, and local experiences. Andrea, our guide, was fantastic—knowledgeable, funny, and full of energy. She really brought the sights and stories to life, making each stop memorable. If you're looking for a tour that’s both informative and fun, with a guide who knows how to keep things lively, this is the one to choose!
