Intrepid Bucks (Advisors in The Americas Only)

For any Intrepid Bucks issued or earned before 20 March, 2019 the previous rules outlined on the original Intrepid Bucks flyer will apply. Any Intrepid Bucks earned on or after 20 March, 2019 will be subject to these detailed Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions subject to change at anytime without notice.   

• This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Intrepid Bucks cannot be combined with any other offer excluding Intrepid Travel’s Agent Discount program.   

• Travel Agents/Advisors can redeem their Intrepid Bucks in conjunction with their Agent Discount (Agent Discount granted once per calendar year). The total outstanding will be calculated by: Total trip cost minus agent discount (up to 50% OFF) minus Intrepid Bucks earned. To find out more about your agent discount options please speak to your Partnerships Team.   

• Intrepid Bucks must be confirmed and redeemed via your Intrepid Partnerships Team. Details can be found in the button above the Terms and Conditions on the website.   

• Intrepid Bucks earned are only applicable to Agent/Advisor; not applicable to companion discount.  

• Intrepid Bucks are issued at time of trip departure on Intrepid Travel bookings. In the event the booking is cancelled or full payment is not made, the Intrepid Bucks will be revoked.  

• Intrepid Bucks earned in one calendar year i.e. 2019 [Departures in 2019] can be redeemed in the next calendar year from January to December i.e. 2020  

• Intrepid Bucks can be earned on the sale of Intrepid Travel and Urban Adventures trips by booking through the Agent Portal or directly with the Intrepid Travel’s reservations team. Sales made directly through Urban Adventures directly are unable to be counted towards this incentive.  

• Earn up to a maximum of $1,500 of Intrepid Bucks per Tailormade Groups booking made.   

• Exclusions apply; Intrepid Bucks cannot be redeemed for Tailormade Groups, polar trips, sell-ins, Variety operated Adventure Cruising, Short Breaks, Intrepid Travel Expedition departures, Urban Adventures booked online, single supplements or extra services/activities.   

• Redeemable on a maximum of 2 trips per calendar year.  

• Maximum trip sell price of $3,000 per trip when redeeming Intrepid Bucks.  

• Recipient must be employed as a Travel Agent/Advisor at the time of travel to redeem their Intrepid Bucks earned. If you are no longer a Travel Agent/Advisor at time of travel you will be asked to make the full payment or risk cancellation of your reservation.  Individual cases will be determined by the Intrepid Travel.  

• This offer does not include airfare, trip kitties, travel insurance, transfers, extra accommodation, visas, optional activities, etc   

• Intrepid Travel Booking Conditions apply. It is imperative that you examine those Booking Conditions before booking on an Intrepid Travel tour. The most up to date Booking Conditions are accessible on our brand websites. https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions  

• As outlined in the Booking Conditions, travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers and should be taken out prior to or at the time of booking. Visas and any legally required travel documentation is the responsibility of the Travel Agent/Advisor to obtain.   

• The trip is subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at the time of booking. If departure is on request, redeeming this offer is non-retractable and non-refundable if request comes back confirmed.  

• Trip prices and itineraries are subject to change at any time, including after booking. If there is a significant price change to a trip that is outside the control of Intrepid Travel (for example a significant increase in third party service provider costs), travelers may need to be re-invoiced at the new price.   

• Departures must have 4 full paying passengers confirmed before this offer can be redeemed. Please consult with your Intrepid Travel Partnership Team for more details.  

• Travel agent bookings, including this offer, cannot be held for any length of time. Full payment (if any due) must be paid at time of booking.
