The promoters are: 

Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) of Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (Intrepid). 

HeadCount (EIN 77-0626772) of 104 W. 29th St, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10001 (HeadCount). 

Competition Period 

The Competition commences at [09:00 am] [EST] on September 09, 2024, and ends at [11:59 pm] [EST] on November 05, 2024 (Competition Period). 

No entry details submitted after this time will be valid.  

Entry Eligibility 

The competition is open to entrants based in the United States of America, aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available (Eligible Entrant). 

Entry Instructions  

To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:

• Enter your information 

• Agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions  

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. 

Prize 

The prize winner will receive:  

• A booking for the prize winner and a guest (2 people total) on an Intrepid Travel Classic Morocco trip (“Intrepid Tour”) with $1000 USD flight credit per person. [ARV: $4,999 USD including such flight credits]. 

Prize also includes accommodation for the night prior to the trip and the night immediately after the trip concludes if necessary.  

Not included in the Prize is travel to the starting point/from the finishing point of the trips, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary.  

All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions. The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time. 

The Prizes are strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash.  

The Prize must be fully booked/redeemed by February 28, 2025, and travel must have commenced by December 15, 2025.  

The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoters reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoters' control makes it necessary to do so.  

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.  From 1 May 2021, Intrepid introduced new vaccination and testing requirements that apply to all of our trips. This policy may be subject to change prior to your trip.  

The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with the Intrepid and quote the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner.     

There will be 1 winner with a guest (2 people total) determined in respect of this promotion.  

Prize Draw Date 

The draw will take place at HeadCount’s office by 5:00 PM (EST) on November 12, 2024. (Prize Draw Date). 

The winner will be notified by Intrepid in writing by email to the email address used to enter the Competition.  

Intrepid will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize Winner. 

The winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize by November 26, 2024. If the winner isn’t available to take up the prize, we may award the prize to another entrant (or not award the prize at all) without liability to the winner.  

The Promoters’ decision is final.  

Collection and use of your personal information   

Personal Information including the Eligible Entrant’s [Name, address, email] will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoters’ agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction  

The promotion shall be governed by US law.   

General  

The Promoters and their affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.  

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
