(together, the Prize). Not included in the Prize is travel to the starting point/from the finishing point of the trips, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary. All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions. The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time. The Prizes are strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash. The Prize must be fully booked/redeemed by December 15, 2025 and travel must have commenced by April 30, 2026. Prize Draw Date | The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Canadian office - Intrepid Travel Group Canada Inc (BC0816795) at 215 Spadina Ave, Suite 370, Toronto, ON, M5T 2C7, Canada by 5:00 PM (PST) on March 31, 2025. (Prize Draw Date). The winner will be notified in writing by direct message on Instagram or by email submitted at the time of entry account used to enter the Competition. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize Winner. The first selected Eligible Entrant will be required to correctly enter a mandatory mathematical skill-testing question to be declared the Prize Winner. The winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize by April 7, 2025. If the winner isn’t available to take up the prize, we may award the prize to another entrant (or not award the prize at all) without liability to the winner. The Promoters’ decision is final. |
