Fancy swimming with the world's biggest fish (AKA, the whale shark), manta rays and turtles? Or how about gliding over a World Heritage-listed coral reef on a glass bottom boat? Ningaloo Reef is your ticket to an unforgettable underwater adventure. When you've had your vitamin sea fix, there's plenty of fun to be had on dry land, too. Like walking along an ancient riverbed in Mandu Mandu Gorge, exploring hidden caves in Shothole Canyon, and marvelling at the Milky Way at your campsite in Yardie Creek.

F rom the moment my tour guide Michael pick me up I felt safe and comfortable. His knowledge of this area of Australia was phenomenal, and his demonstrations of how the land formed were very engaging. Our group consisted of ages 25 to 84, with vegans, gluten and nut allergies, but Michael catered to everyone’s needs. His culinary skills amazed, along with his organisation we were all able to enjoyed our trip. My highlight was Karijini National Park. We had an amazing day swimming in the reef with Manta Rays, an optional extra, and of course a day swimming with the Whale Sharks, a must that needs booking in advance. Thank you Michael and Intrepid for giving me an awesome experience that I will remember for ever.

Karijini National Park is incredible. So glad I visited as part of a tour. It’s vast and remote. The two guides on our trip were incredible. Tom and Dan clearly love their work, they are people people. It was Dan’s first trip but that did not show. They made sure everyone’s needs were considered, Tom is an excellent cook, and he knows so much about the land, he is respectful and inclusive. Both Tom and Dan have all the qualities needed: flexibility, kindness, hard working, capable, fit and excellent communication skills. Our trip was a dream and an absolute pleasure.

Inspiration Outdoors Trip Karajini and Ningaloo Reef 10 days an outstanding adventure. Our guides Heather and Lucas were professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the trip. They showed respect and acknowledged the traditional owners of the land. Each day was varied, fun and exciting. Heather and Lucas had the right balance of information and instruction. Would travel with Inspiration tour again.
