Absolutely amazing trip, met some amazing friends along the way, the guide/leader included. Highly recommend. Only issue is how much the costs fluctuate on intrepid.

AMAZING! It was a dream come true to travel through the Canadian rockies, the itinerary includes everything we wanted to do and more. Anthony was the best guide we could have asked for, his knowledge on the area, local wildlife and cooking skills were unmatched. Loved the camping aspect and made some great friends along the way. 100% recommend this trip.

If you're unsure about a camping style trip, I would say just go for it. This trip covers heaps of various national parks and you get to a wide variety of activities, the various hikes and canoeing was a definite highlight.
The camping structure also facilitates that communal group experience as you will do shopping, cooking and cleaning together but that adds more the fun of it. There a few long drives, but the views more than make up for it.
Also, shout out to our leader Mikael, he was instrumental in making this trip such a special time - his passion, enthusiasm and energy really shines through.

What a trip! If you like mountains, mountain lakes and glaciers this is the trip for you. If you’re lucky enough to get Mikael as a tour leader, your experience will be exceptional.
My favorite hikes were around lake Louise and towards the end of the trip in revelstoke (keep a little bit of energy for it in Day14)
!). This is gonna be 2 weeks of activities and hikes (+ a dip in crystal clear lakes almost everyday). Chef Mikael will cook you amazing soupers and all those huge breakfasts will give you the energy to enjoy each day. The hours in the van can be fun (or relaxing) if you get a good Dj in your group and you’re ready to laugh to his québécois humour!
