- There’s no need for a map or GPS on this walking trip – with an expert local leader that knows the area inside-out, all you have to do is enjoy the journey.
- Unplug and unwind with a three-night stay in a remote, rural community that was a booming mining town in the late 1800s. From here, you’re perfectly placed for enjoying the Tarkine’s best hikes.
- Take a walk along a former tramway through the thickly forested West Coast country to Montezuma Falls, one of the highest falls in Tasmania.
- Learn about the rich Aboriginal heritage and spiritual connections of Tasmania’s northern landmarks and national parklands as you travel through the takayna/Tarkine region.
