Slovenia Tours & Holidays

Known as ‘Europe in Miniature’, tiny Slovenia has a huge heart and a wealth of diversity

The soaring Julian Alps capture a touch of Switzerland, the radiating coastline oozes Mediterranean charm and Bled’s sweet island church appears to have come straight out of a fairytale. There is plenty of action for adrenaline junkies, from cycling, hiking and skiing, to canyoning, caving and boating, and for those who prefer a slower pace, just sit back and take in the postcard-perfect views.

Slovenia: Hike, Bike & Raft

Lukas · Traveled August 2024
My excellent travel experience was greatly enhanced by the variety of activities and our group leader. The range of activities and the leadership of these activities by our group leader made it possible to experience and explore Slovenia in its different facets. As a result, it was possible to get to know Slovenia in a short time.

Cycle Slovenia

Louisa · Traveled August 2024
Cycle Slovenia was an all class biking destination. I was continually impressed by the scenery, bike lanes, food and viewpoints. Vršič Pass was a highlight! And get yourself as much time at Lake Bled.

Slovenia: Hike, Bike & Raft

Edel · Traveled July 2024
It was our first time in Slovenia & also this type of adventure trip for me. We were mainly based at Bled which is a beautiful picturesque area with Lake Bled at its heart. Do try the Bled cream cake, yum, don’t worry you will burn off the calories 😁 A good level of fitness is required for this trip particularly for the hike as the descent is mostly rough trail but very scenic, the swim in Lake Bohinj at the end made it worth it, for the biking part there is the option of an e-bike (extra fee) which I took myself as there was a good few uphill & I knew I would end up walking with the bike if I had manual 😬 The rafting was amazing, it was a beginner level I would say & the scenery was spectacular. We did ziplining on our free day, absolutely awesome, 7 lines over amazing scenery, the Vintnar Gorge is also very beautiful. We had a wonderful trip leader Sasa Ivsa, very knowledgeable about the area, great advice on the local food which was very good- overall a 5* trip
