The driving days are (very) long but so worth it! The game drives were phenomenal, as were our wonderful crew of Mambo, Chalo and Ken. Amazing food, amazing company, amazing trip through some largely unvisited spots in Africa.

My husband and I had an amazing first trip to Africa, thanks to Intrepid. We were taken care of well, by a wonderful guide, talented cook, and safe driver. The places we saw, the beautiful animals, and great add-on activities made the trip very memorable.

Stone Town to Vic Falls

What an amazing experience this was! Nothing to fault. The experiences obtained from everywhere we visited was incredible and you see the best of these countries whilst gaining a detailed insight into their histories and present state. We also applaud Intrepid for having found the team that took us along on this journey as they were not just amazing humans though incredible guides and really made the whole experience what it was. We cannot speak highly enough of these individuals. Thank you Benson our guide, Henry our Chef and Patrick our Driver. The journey, experiences, variety of activities, meals, accommodation, driving, facilities and all people were top notch. Thanks again Benson and Co! We hope to see you out on our next African adventure!

Vic Falls to Stone Town

This leg of the entire cape town to nairobi trip is probably the worst on terms of itinerary, activities amd drive times. intrepid needs to add 4 to 5 days to this leg of the trip to cut the drive times (many days with more than 10 hours drive times) and provide more meaningful interaction with locals (walking around villagea, eating local food instead of dinner every single day at campsites) specific suggestions would be adding an entire day after long drive days at Iringa and chitimba (there is activities to be done and no time to do anything at all) and break up drive times with more stops. Crew members were fine
